This is a step by step tutorial on how to schedule yourself for a free evaluation at Hair Loss Heroes
Scheduling your Hair Loss Heroes evaluation is now fast, easy, and convenient. Our self-scheduling tool was created to help you choose the clinic location, day, and time that works best for you without needing to wait for a callback. If you already have a preferred day or time in mind, please make sure it falls within one of our designated evaluation scheduling blocks.
Naples evaluation appointments are available on Mondays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Fort Myers evaluation appointments are available on Mondays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Tuesdays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
During your evaluation, our team will take the time to understand your hair loss concerns, review your history, and explain how Hair Loss Heroes works to identify the root cause of women’s hair thinning and hair loss.
Before you get started, please review this scheduling tutorial. If you get stuck with in the scheduling platform, simply type “Start Over” and start over.
1a. From a Computer
When using a laptop or desktop computer, the scheduling page may appear like the example shown here. To begin, click the Superhero circle. This will take you to the first step of your Hair Loss Heroes evaluation scheduling process today.
1b. View From a Mobile Phone
The scheduling page and chat button now display our Hair Loss Heroes superhero circle icon. To begin, click the superhero circle and follow the prompts. This opens the scheduling assistant and guides you through the next steps quickly and easily.
2. Click "Book an Evaluation"
Note that we do Naples Evaluations:
Mon (1pm-5pm) & Wed (9am-12pm)
Fort Myers Evaluations:
Mon (9am-12pm) & Tue (12pm-4pm) & Fri (2pm-5pm)
3. Choose a Clinic
Hair Loss Heroes proudly serves women from Marco Island to Port Charlotte with two convenient clinic locations: one in Naples off Goodlette-Frank Road and one in Fort Myers off Winkler Road. Both clinics provide evaluations for women experiencing hair thinning.
4. Pick a Day For Your Evaluation
Our self-scheduling system will do its best to provide you with a variety of available appointment options. Please note that all evaluation appointments must be scheduled within the designated time blocks listed above.
5. Pick a Time for Your Evaluation
The scheduling system will do its best to offer you a variety of available appointment times. For best results, please choose from the time options provided within the scheduling tool. We recommend avoiding the full calendar view, as this may display times outside of our designated Hair Loss Heroes evaluation schedule.
6. Fill Out a Simple Form
We will need some basic contact information in order to schedule you in our system. We will need your Name, Email, Phone and Date of Birth.
